EYDE Research & Innovation

The Special Service for the Management and Implementation of Actions in the Fields of Research and Innovation (EYDE EK) is an independent and autonomous service of the Ministry of Development and Investments. Its primary objective is the management and implementation of actions in the fields of research, technological development, and innovation. The "Research – Innovate 2021-2027" action is a central program of the "Competitiveness" Program of the NSRF 2021-2027 and focuses on integrating research and innovation into business activities. As part of this action, workshops were held in cities across Greece, some of which were also covered remotely.

The developed web application meets the needs of these workshops, from program presentation to ticket issuance and live streaming.

Registrations

The application offers a user-friendly and enhanced registration system for the workshops, facilitating the check-in process with the use of QR codes or mobile phones. This significantly reduces waiting times, making the experience more efficient for everyone.

Program & Notifications

The event's informational program provides users with all the necessary details about the activities, while administrators can send timely push notifications for important announcements. This ensures that participants are always informed about any changes or critical information.

Live Streaming

Participants can watch events live via streaming from the comfort of their own space, with a live Q&A system allowing real-time question submissions, fostering interaction and engagement between participants and speakers.

The web application offers a registration and check-in system, informational program, push notifications, live event streaming, and a live Q&A system.
